How the line works
Priority with clear limits.
Time sets the order
Verified member requests keep their server timestamp. Public requests are ordered by their own server timestamp after the member window.
Capacity is confirmed
Planned quantities and seats can change. Staff allocates only confirmed capacity; the rest remain waitlisted in order.
Payment comes later
An allocation is followed by a separate payment request and deadline. No payment-card information is collected here.
