Grading-company fees are passed through at the grader’s confirmed published rate without a grading-fee markup. Insured shipping is added at actual cost. Availability, declared-value limits, and turnaround estimates can change and must be reconfirmed at intake.

Use the grading and cleaning form below. If it will not open, use the website inquiry instead.
2. Agree on the details
The team reviews your request and confirms the proposed work, total, timing, and handling with you.
3. Arrange the handoff
Wait for instructions before bringing in or mailing cards. Confirm how your cards will be returned before service begins.
Service intake
Start a grading or cleaning request.
Use our published Google Form to tell us which cards and grading company you are considering. Submission starts a review; it is not a quote, appointment, custody receipt, or guarantee of service.
The form is stored in TCG Tavern’s Google Workspace. Do not include payment-card details, passwords, or other account credentials. Pricing and turnaround estimates must be reconfirmed before you leave or ship any card.
