Alpha issues, graded pieces, collectibles, accessories, sample packs, and Silverbacks are priced separately. The daily exchange value above supplies today's standard-bundle estimate. An exact checkout price appears only when the matching Shopify bundle also passes the current price, inventory, and fulfillment checks.

New-release guardrail
TCG Tavern accepts new-release interest only after Goldback officially announces a product. Presales open only at the authorized start time, and no launch product is handed to a customer before its official launch day.

Goldback tender is not currently enabled in online Shopify checkout. Online orders can use only the payment methods displayed there.
Buying Goldback products online and paying an online order with Goldbacks are separate things. The product page and checkout are always the authority.

Can I buy Goldbacks from TCG Tavern?
Yes. Eligible standard Goldbacks display an Add control when the official rate, matching Shopify bundle, price, inventory, and fulfillment checks are all current. Specialty items and bundles not yet activated can still be requested.
Can I spend Goldbacks at TCG Tavern?
Yes. TCG Tavern accepts physical Goldbacks toward eligible purchases at the Mission Viejo store. Staff confirms the official daily exchange rate and any split payment before completing the sale.
Can I pay with Goldbacks online?
Not yet. Goldback tender is currently an in-store payment option. Online orders can use only the payment methods displayed in secure Shopify checkout.
Which Goldback rate does the Tavern use?
Standard online bundles use the current TCG Tavern market rate per Goldback shown on this page. The price locks after Shopify confirms full payment. Applicable tax, shipping, and store policies still apply.
How are standard Goldback denominations priced?
Standard Goldbacks use one common TCG Tavern selling rate per Goldback across denominations. A 5 is quoted at five times the 1 price before shipping and handling. Alpha issues, graded pieces, collectibles, accessories, sample packs, and Silverbacks are priced separately.
Can I request an unreleased Goldback series?
Only after Goldback officially announces it. Any launch waitlist or presale opens at the authorized time, and TCG Tavern does not hand launch product to customers before the official launch day.
Why does the minimum quantity change by denomination?
Each storefront unit is one sealed distributor bundle, and the bundle size depends on the denomination. Mix eligible bundles until the Goldback portion reaches at least 325 Goldbacks of total face value. Other Tavern merchandise does not count toward that minimum.
