Finding the right trading card product should feel simple, even when the item is rare, imported, or not released yet. TCG Tavern separates each shopping path so you can see what is available now, what can be reserved for later, and what still needs a sourcing check.
Start with the Tavern Market
Use the Tavern Market for sealed products, supplies, accessories, collectibles, and other items that have a current direct listing. A product is ready to buy only when its page shows an enabled Shopify checkout, a final price, and available quantity. The current product page is always the authority because availability and pricing can change.

Know when you are placing a preorder
A preorder is for an announced product that has not released yet. Before payment, the listing should show a specific future ship-by date and the quantity currently available to reserve. Release timing can move, so read the current listing before checking out.
TCG Tavern expects an unreleased preorder to ship on release day or within five business days after the displayed release date. If we cannot meet the recorded deadline, you can accept a revised date or cancel the unshipped item for a full refund. Those delay remedies remain available even though TCG products are otherwise final sale after payment.
Use the Quest Board for harder finds
The Quest Board is the place to search our extended catalog and ask the Tavern to track down something that is not currently on the shelf. Some Quest Board entries have already been reviewed and can be prepaid as a special order. Those entries show an enabled Shopify checkout, a final price, a finite quantity, and a fixed ship-by date.
Everything else remains a free sourcing request. Submitting a request does not charge you, reserve inventory, or promise that a supplier can fulfill it. A staff member will review the exact item and contact you when there is a safe, orderable path. Paid special orders normally take three to four weeks to arrive unless the listing states a different deadline.
Quick rule: if the page does not show an enabled checkout and a final price, it is a request—not a purchase.
Check the fulfillment details before paying
For eligible domestic direct orders, standard shipping is $17.89. Shipping is free when the eligible merchandise subtotal remains over $100 after discounts. Store pickup is also available, but wait for the pickup-ready confirmation before traveling; preparation can take up to 24 hours. Regular retail hours are daily from 2 PM to 7 PM.
Product limits, pickup availability, taxes, and payment methods are confirmed again during Shopify checkout. Review the current store policies for final-sale terms and the protections that apply to delayed or unfulfilled advance orders.
